The Made in the USA Dual Pro SS3AUTO Sportsman Series charger is a 12v 30-amp 3-bank waterproof marine smart battery charger manufactured by Pro Charging Systems. The SS3AUTO features an AutoProfile that is appropriate for charging Lithium or AGM Batteries. Dual Pro's battery algorithm was designed with battery manufacturers and validated to offer a 100% charge.
Dual Pro battery chargers incorporate essential features such as being fully waterproof, completely automatic, overcharge protected, temperature compensating, and ignition protected. The SS3AUTO also has LED readouts and is USCG-approved.
The Dual Pro SS3AUTO can be utilized for multiple 12-volt battery configuration series and/or parallel 12-volt, 24 or 36-volt*, where rugged, waterproof charger construction is needed.
The Pro Charging Systems SS3AUTO is a rugged, waterproof construction charger requiring no mounting restrictions, and is suitable with Lithium and AGM batteries.
Typical installation:
Each bank outputs 12 volts meant for individual 12v batteries no larger than a group 31 battery (approximately 130 AH). The Dual Pro SS3AUTO can be used for three 12v banks, one 24v battery bank, or one 36v battery bank. Typical installation is for a 36-volt series system using three 12v batteries for a trolling motor. A 24-volt system using two 12v batteries, leaving you an additional bank for a starting 12v battery. Another popular installation is for a 12-volt trolling motor battery and two 12v starting motor batteries.
*Will not work on a single 24- or 36-volt battery as the unit only has individual 12v outputs.
