2 Day and Overnight Shipments
All 2 day and overnight orders must be placed no later than 1:00 PM EST. Otherwise, order will be shipped the following business day.
UPS/FedEx Standard Overnight shipping delivers next business day.
We ship most products via UPS Ground or Fedex Ground at our discretion. Most products that weigh > 80 lbs. are shipped via a freight carrier. For items shipping via truck freight, please note that the delivery site will need to have a loading dock or forklift available to remove the pallet from the truck. If these are not available, we can provide liftgate service through the freight carrier for a charge of $75. With liftgate service the driver will lower the pallet to street level. The customer will be responsible for taking the item inside the building. Inside delivery by the freight company is available for an additional fee that is custom quoted.
When receiving your product, please ensure that the package is inspected thoroughly for damage to the external box as well as the pallet if shipped via freight. Please ensure that any potential damage is notated on the delivery receipt with the driver. If any damage to the external container or the internal product is discovered, please notify us immediately at 888-330-2538. Please note that all products are sold, and all shipments are made as FOB shipping point. Power Pros shall not be responsible for any damage(s) or loss resulting, whether directly or indirectly, from delayed shipments or delivered shipments.
Most orders usually ship the same day or next business day after the order is placed. Additionally, we offer select items that we do not maintain in our current warehouse inventory. Those items usually ship from one to three business days after your order. You will be contacted directly if longer lead times are in effect. We do our best to make sure that our catalog contains currently available merchandise.
Risk of Loss
If customer provides Seller (Power Pros) with customer’s carrier account number for shipping, title to products and risk of loss or damage during shipment pass from Seller to customer upon delivery to the carrier (F.O.B. Origin, freight collect). As well as all other shipments, title to products and risk of loss or damage during shipment pass from Seller to customer upon delivery to the specified destination (F.O.B. Origin, freight prepaid and added). Customer is responsible for thoroughly inspecting packages immediately upon receipt and notating any damage to pallet, packaging, or product on receipt with delivery driver.
Products must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund or replacement.
All non-defective returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee and are subject to management approval.
All cancellations via credit card payments are subject to a minimum 6% fee.
Before returning any item, please contact us via email or call us at 888.330.2538 within thirty days of your invoice date for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. RMA numbers are good for ten days.
Defective items may be returned for a same-item exchange only. All products (unless noted on our site) are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. In order to receive full credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original unopened packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. The items must have never been powered up and must be unused. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or forfeiture of your credit.
