Even under normal operating conditions, some components of UPS systems will fail over time. Your customized maintenance contract with Power Pros ensures that these parts will be checked regularly and replaced as needed to avoid unnecessary downtime. Power Pros offers several levels of On-Site service including a Full Service Plan which provides comprehensive preventive maintenance and repair covering all parts, labor, travel, and batteries. Subscribing to any of our service plans guarantees that your system will be annually inspected and tested. For less critical applications we offer our On-Call Plan which is fee-based.

Our UPS and battery systems are backed by a standard factory warranty, so you know you’re getting the performance and reliability you need. Startup and warranty coverage for your UPS, battery and power distribution equipment is also available.	Eaton offers an extended warranty for single-phase UPSs below 5 kVA or non-hardwired units. If the UPS is defective, Eaton will ship a replacement unit overnight and upon its arrival, you will return the defective unit to Eaton via ground shipment.	Eaton offers a varity of services for Eaton UPS products. Our factory-certified and trained service technicians deliver 7x24 support including on-site corrective and preventive maintenance.
